My background combines corporate leadership responsibility, international advisory practice, and academic leadership education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Innovation Management in Tourism, and a Master of Arts in Business specialising in International Management and Leadership, as well as a Business Coaching certification.
My corporate career includes senior HR positions, including serving as Head of HR with leadership responsibility within an international corporate environment, shaping organisational structures, leadership development, and people governance across large workforces across borders.

Alongside executive practice, I lecture in international higher education at Bachelor's, Master's and MBA level, including at Lauder Business School, my alma mater, connecting structured theory with real leadership decision environments.
