1. Commitment to accessibility

Jeannine Madeleine Oelschuster is committed to making her website and digital services accessible in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Accessibility is understood as an expression of professionalism, inclusion and responsibility, as well as an ongoing development process that is regularly reviewed and continuously improved.

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website www.oelschuster.com and to all digital content, contact forms and online services provided via the website.

This statement applies to users within the European Union as well as to international visitors, insofar as the website is accessed from outside Austria.

2. Scope

This statement applies to:

• the website www.oelschuster.com
• all subpages and embedded content
• online contact forms
• linked documents and information pages
• external services used in connection with the website (e.g. analytics and marketing tools)

3. Legal bases & standards

Our accessibility measures are based on the following legal frameworks and standards:

• Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 18/2023
• Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements (European Accessibility Act)
• European Standard EN 301 549
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 / 2.2 – Conformance Level AA

4. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the above requirements, as not all content is fully accessible. Ongoing optimisation is carried out step by step and is reviewed regularly.

5. Non-accessible content

The following areas are currently not fully accessible:

• individual images without alternative text
• partially insufficient colour contrast
• limited keyboard operability of certain elements
• zoom and reflow issues on certain devices
• links that are not always clearly labelled
• partially complex language in technical texts

New content will in future be created consistently in accordance with the WCAG guidelines.

6. Disproportionate burden

Some content was created before the legal accessibility requirements entered into force.
An immediate full conversion would currently represent a disproportionate economic and organisational burden. Jeannine Madeleine Oelschuster nevertheless plans to reduce all significant barriers by 31 December 2026 at the latest.
