My research focuses on leadership across cultures, responsible decision, and organisational behaviour in international contexts. The objective is practical relevance: clearer leadership judgement, stronger responsibility structures, and resilient cross border organisations.
Lecturing & Executive Learning
I lecture and contribute to higher education and executive learning environments at Bachelor’s, Master’s, and MBA level across leadership, international business, and cross cultural management. I connect structured theory with real leadership situations and decision realities.
